Reduce Noise Filter
Photoshop provides a Reduce Noise filter (Filter > Noise > Reduce Noise) that is pretty simple to use. First, convert the layer you will use the filter on to a smart object by choosing Convert to Smart Object from the Layers panel menu. This allows you to fine-tune the noise reduction using the power of smart objects.
The Reduce Noise sliders work as follows:
• Strength. The higher this number, the more the luminance noise is reduced.
• Preserve Details. This helps balance out the Strength adjustment by preserving the details in the high-contrast areas. In doing so, it can also increase noise.
