Memory Cards
As discussed previously, speedy memory cards are important when photographing sports. A variety of memory cards are available on the market and you need to know which ones work with your camera. Right now, I use three different memory cards depending on the camera:
• SD. Secure Digital (SD) memory cards are used in many consumer-level cameras and are starting to make their way into the pro cameras. An SD is a small card that can easily be lost if you don’t pay attention to where you put it. I have left more than one in my pants pocket and sent it through the washing machine. I like Hoodman RAW Steel Ultra High Speed SD cards, as they are fast and made to take some abuse due to stainless steel pieces used in the construction.
