Developing, implementing, and managing training projects requires sophisticated project management skills to bring a project to completion on time and within budget. Yet, many trainers either do not have those skills or apply the project approach they have developed in an inconsistent manner.
This book describes a project management approach and development process that I created to provide my company with a flexible structure to manage projects.
