You can create beautiful, pale lines in your watercolor background
with bleach. The lines usually have nice dark edges and will be
smooth so you can paint over them with other transparent colors.
Use bleach very judiciously—it can eat holes in your paper just
like it can eat holes in your clothes, so don’t expect to keep using
bleach over and over in the same area or you’ll end up with a
peekaboo e ect that might not be what you are looking for.
