• Cheap foam rollers, either
smooth or patterned
• Rubber bands and/or string
• Acrylic paint
• Papers on which to roll out
your ink.
You can also use
an old rubber brayer.
A very fun and quick way to create repetitive patterns is with
inexpensive foam rollers. You can buy them already cut into
shapes, or get a few of the cylindrical ones and cut your own
shapes. Or just wrap a rubber band around the foam to create
random patterns that you can change in two seconds.
