So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

10.2.1 Introduction
As we consider roaming between 802.11 and other access technologies, what will be our
future users’ real expectations? Think of a typical user, call her Kai, of a roaming cellular
phone. Kai does not want to know, and usually does not know, when she roams locally within
her provider nor when she roams globally from her provider to an alternate provider—Kai
merely wants to be able to make and maintain her phone conversation without being aware of
these details. This level of confidence is the benchmark that we should use as we consider
