average entropy of the targets [4], [5]. PolInSAR is a further extended technique of SAR that utilizes

the benets of both PolSAR and InSAR. The InSAR techniques deals with the characterization

of the target in the vertical plane [6]. The PolInSAR coherency matrices describe the polarimetric as

well as the interferometric properties of the images [2]. The coherence values retrieved from theses

matrices denote the degree of correlation between two SAR datasets acquired at a certain interval

of time [4].
