Polarimetric SAR (PolSAR) systems transmit and receive the radar waves with different polariza-
tion channels, allowing deeper insight into the backscattering mechanisms within the SAR image
pixel. Two orthogonal polarization states are usually required, and PolSAR systems typically use
a pair of horizontal and vertical polarizations [23]. When the transmitting and receiving antennas
exchange their roles and the waves are transmitted and collected at the same position, PolSAR
records three complex values for each resolution cell, taking into account the reciprocity theorem. If
the waves are collected at a different position than the one transmitted, however

I wanted to learn C and C++, but it didn't click for me until I picked up an O'Reilly book. When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.
