Spatio- temporal dynamics of the environment make the incoherent target (distributed targets)

phenomenon more likely to appear than point targets. The polarimetric information as a function

of stochastic scattering corresponding to such targets is given by second- order statistics covariance

or coherency matrix. Pauli and lexicographic scattering vectors are used to derive these matrices.
