[13]. This makes PolSAR one of the most challenging aspects of SAR remote sensing. PolSAR has
a distinct speciality of combining the enhanced spatial resolution available with SAR and prop-
erties of polarized electromagnetic energy [14]. The polarimetric backscatter signature from the
target is a 3D saddle plot that is formed when the three components of polarimetry – ellipticity,
orientation angle and amplitude of backscattered signal – are plotted [15]. As different features
have different interactions with the polarized wave, each feature, be it man- made or natural, causes
different scattering of the incident polarized wave [16]. This is studied in the backscatter and phys-
ical properties of targets ...

I wanted to learn C and C++, but it didn't click for me until I picked up an O'Reilly book. When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.

I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.
