Before decomposing any of the Sinclair- based matrix image, the image needs to be transformed
into 3 × 3 matrix form for any monostatic acquired image. In this chapter, an incoherent- based
decomposition method is adopted; naturally, incoherent- based decomposition is dependent on
coherency and covariance scattering matrix. The rened Lee lter with window size 5 × 5 is used
before performing decomposition on the coherency matrix to reduce the speckle noise.
The scattering matrix is expressed as a complex sum of Pauli and lexicographic matrices in this
decomposition.

I wanted to learn C and C++, but it didn't click for me until I picked up an O'Reilly book. When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.

I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.
