5.5 THE DEEPLABV3+ CLASSIFICATION MODEL

One of the advanced deep learning models, DeepLabv3+ , works better than the traditional machine

learning models even with a small training dataset with high classication accuracy. The L- band

data from airborne sensor UAVSAR used in this work is taken from the open platform of NASA-

JPL of Houston, Texas, USA [26]. The details of the input UAVSAR dataset are listed in Table 5.4.

It is fully quad- pol SAR data and implemented G4U decomposition, as shown in Figure 5.10 [27].
