“Last job? Hated it!”
A candidate should attempt to make every minute of his
interview a positive experience. In my mind, someone who com-
plains about his last job, boss, duties, or even the elevator ride
upstairs is not someone I want to hire. Which is why you may
want to introduce negativity, just to see how he handles it.

in the eye” indicates he has something to hide, as does being
