So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A candidate should attempt to make every minute of his
interview a positive experience. In my mind, someone who com-
plains about his last job, boss, duties, or even the elevator ride
upstairs is not someone I want to hire. Which is why you may
want to introduce negativity, just to see how he handles it.

To many interviewers, a candidate’s inability to “look them
in the eye” indicates he has something to hide, as does being
overly fidgety or nervous. You should expect a promising can-
didate to greet you with a firm handshake, sit straight up, and,
