These are more aggressive questions. While you should
be expecting the same information, the tone of each of these
questions is a bit more forceful: You’re clearly attempting to
make candidates fully aware that they’re in the hot seat. This
may be a matter of your own style, the introduction to your
own brand of stress interview, or just a way to save time by
seeing how they respond to pressure right from the get-go.
In one respect, I think phrasing your first question this
