Making a car handle well can be somewhat more complicated than improving horsepower. With horsepower, the problem is usually, “Not enough power,” and the solution is, “Add more power.” Handling is more complicated. There is only one way for a car to go slow, but several ways a car may handle badly. To improve handling, you must know both what is wrong with the car’s handling and what changes can correct it.
