So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Conclusion
OSSEC is one of the most amazing tools to work with and should be a part of all the servers. Because of its great set of capabilities related to rootkit detection, log monitoring, file integrity monitoring, and active response, it makes an all-in-one tool to achieve a lot of security functionalities.
