Use Case 1
Big Corp. has 500 servers and they have five system administrators working for them. As the job function states, the system admin has access to all the servers. After 2 years, John, who is part of the system admin team, has resigned and his last working day has arrived and a new system admin named Alex joined the same day. Obviously access needs to be removed for John across all 500 servers and access for Alex has to be added across all 500 servers as well. The question is, how easily can this be achieved?
This is a challenging task, if not done correctly.
