Server Hello

The server will send a server hello message in response to a client hello message after it finds an acceptable set of algorithms to choose from the ones the client has presented.

After the server has selected a list of cipher suite in the list from client hello message, the server will relay the selected cipher back to the client via this message.

During the client hello and server hello, the following attributes are established:

• The protocol versions to use
• Associated cipher suite that will be used
• A list of compression, if used
