So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The architecture of IPA
In the preceding use cases, you learned that storing users in the central directory is an ideal solution and it will make life simple.
If we have an IPA system, all the users and permissions associated with the users will be stored in the IPA server. Furthermore, if we want to add user A, we just create the user A in IPA and allow him permission to access N amount of servers in a few simple steps.
The following diagram will give you a high-level understanding:
