How to do it...
An RTL-SDR is one of the best devices to get started with in the world of SDR. It's originally a TV tuner dongle with the Realtek chipset, which can be used for a number of radio-based activities. The frequency of these devices varies and is typically in the range of 22 MHz-1.7 GHz.
