How to do it...
To perform attacks against Z-Wave, one of the popular frameworks is EZ-Wave (https://github.com/AFITWiSec/EZ-Wave) developed by Joe Hall and Ben Ramsey, which uses Hack RF hardware to perform attacks against the Z-Wave protocol.
The EZ-Wave toolkit comprises three tools, which are as follows:
- Device discovery and enumeration-EZStumbler
- Reconnaissance on identified devices-EZRecon
- Exploitation-EZFingerprint
