computation is performed, and the output value written after all computations are

performed.

Conditional writes to output operand

TheTIE language provides a mechanism to predicate the result of aTIE operation by

specifying the condition under which the write to an output operand is suppressed

or killed. For every output operand <name>, theTIE compiler automatically gener-

ates a signal <name>_kill,which can be assigned in theTIE operation. If this signal

is true, the write is killed. An example of a conditional move operation is shown
