This chapter describes various contemporaryADLs that are not covered in the earlier

chapters. Section 14.1 describes the HMDES ADL, which is used in the Trimaran

research infrastructure for compilation and architectural exploration. Section 14.2

describes ISDL, which is a behavioral ADL. This chapter also brieﬂy describes other

signiﬁcant ADLs and associated methodologies including RADL, Sim-nML, UDL/I,

Flexware,Valen-C, and TDL.
