Further challenges include the development of efﬁcient area and power esti-

mation models for the goal of architecture/compiler co-exploration. Here, MAML

serves again as an integral part. For a given set of benchmark algorithms the vast

design space of architectural and compiler parameters has to be explored in order

to ﬁnd optimal architectures in terms of performance and energy efﬁciency.
