Parallel blocks also allow us to denote generated scheduled programs in

the same language as the unscheduled ones.

Programs can be written either at the application level (like in the case of the

multiplication program) or represent an instruction interpreter for a given instruc-

tion set. In the ﬁrst case,there will be no typical instruction set in the ﬁnal design.The

ﬁnal design will directly implement user applications. In the second case, synthesis

will generate a microcoded interpreter for the instruction set.
