MID Server configuration and setup
Let's explore the steps required to configure MID Server connection prerequisites:
First step is to set up users and roles for MID Server. MID Server uses users and roles to interact with the ServiceNow instance through the SOAP web service. Best practice is to create individual user accounts for each of the MID Servers in the network that need to have a mid_server role to be able to access the restricted tables within ServiceNow.
