So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating and Managing Dependency Views
A dependency view graphically displays an infrastructure view for a configuration item and the business services that it is part of and that it supports. A dependency view indicates the status of its configuration items, and allows access to the CI related alerts, incidents, problems, changes, and business services.
Starting from the Istanbul release, dependency maps are not separately called out in the ITOM suite of applications. Dependency maps are described separately in Helsinki and prior versions.
