This task is very simple if you have the SMART Scheduler Outlook Add-in because it integrates the SMART Bridgit Server with the Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook clients, enabling you to schedule single or recurring meetings. When you create a meeting, all participants are automatically invited.
The add-in can be used on any computer that is communicating with your Bridgit software. 2. Click the arrow on the New button and select Meeting Requests.
An untitled meeting request form appears.
3. Enter the meeting information.
Don’t forget to add time in the correct time zone.
4. Select the This Is a SMART Bridgit Meeting check box to use Bridgit for your meeting.
