Administrators use environments to organize and manage AWS resources. They give/deny permissions to users at the environment level.
You can create environments and have access to default environments as an administrator. The default environment for a region helps you manage EC2 instances created for your AWS account with region leveraging tools such as the AWS Management Console, the AWS CLI, or an AWS SDK, in place of using the management portal.
