So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
The following procedure will guide you through the steps involved in importing a software depot from an offline bundle:
- Log in to the vSphere Web Client and navigate to the Auto Deploy plugin screen.
- On the Auto Deploy screen, navigate to the Software Depots tab and click on the
icon to bring up the Add Software Depot window:
- On the Add Software Depot window, select Online Depot, supply a Name, URL, and click OK to create the online depot:
