I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
The following procedure will help you extend a VMFS volume:
- Log in to the vCenter Server using the vSphere web client and use the key combination Ctrl + Alt + 4 to switch to the storage view. Right-click on the desired datastore and click Increase Datastore Capacity...:
- On the Increase Datastore Capacity wizard screen, select the LUN that will be used as the extent and click Next to continue:
