I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
The following procedure will help you add a VASA storage provider to the vCenter Server:
- Connect to the vCenter Server using the web client and switch to the Host and Clusters view using the key combination Ctrl + Alt + 2. (You can switch to any view since this activity is performed on the vCenter object).
- Select the desired vCenter and navigate to its Configure | More | Storage Providers and click on the
icon to bring up the New Storage Provider window:
- On the New Storage Provider window, supply a Name, a provider URL
