工作流和提交记录
这里的术语可能有点模糊，因为术语“工作流”（
workflow
）有几个意思。其
最基本意思是必须应用于数据的动作序列。但它还指用
WDL
编写、实现动作
序列的脚本。最后，我们还用工作流指代其实例，即实际运行的那个工作流。
术语“作业”（
job
）同样存在歧义，它既可以指一个工作流实例的所有提交，
也可以指工作流中的各任务。术语“提交”（
