I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Governance is the exercise of authority, which involves not solely the right to direct but also to lead and to control within an organization. Two problems exist regardless of whether the organization operates within political society or within civil society:
- How to accumulate the power and authority required to achieve the purposes of the association?
- How to limit the power and authority to specified areas rather than to allow it to overflow into areas that are not its concern?
