Corporate excellence mainly centres on the corporate culture. Values and practice of such values constitute the corporate culture. Values of the organization give a clear direction to the employee. Values are found in the mission statement of the organizations. Often they remain as a principle and are never put into practice. Only the practised value creates the organization culture.
