So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Giving Recognition to Your Second Shooter
One way to establish a great relationship with your second shooters is to give them some recognition if you use their photos in an online capacity, such as on your blog. This acknowledgement makes your second shooters feel appreciated and proud of the good work they have done.
At the beginning of each blog post, I do a write-up of the wedding. At the end of the write-up, I give a little shout-out to my second shooter, thanking him for all his work and providing a link to his own website or blog.
