Value disciplines
The big picture
The basic idea of this model is that no company can be all things to all people. The key issues upon which a company will fail or succeed in delivering unique value to its customers by fulfilling their needs can be identified and discussed with the value disciplines model. Every good business should have a value proposition, an operating model, and a value discipline.
