List Views

A list view window can be modified in the following ways:

• Sort by any column in ascending or descending order.

• Change the width of columns.

• Change the order in which columns appear.

To sort a window's contents

Click the column heading for the column by which you want to sort (Figure 20). The list is sorted by that column (Figure 21).
