ColorSync

ColorSync is a color matching technology developed by Apple computer and supported by many applications and hardware devices. You can use the ColorSync control panel to set device and document profiles, as well as color matching methods for your computer.

Tip

ColorSync is primarily of interest to graphic designers who do a lot of color output. If color matching is not vital to your work, leave the ColorSync control panel set as is.

To set ColorSync options

Choose Apple menu > Control Panels > ColorSync (Figure 3) to open the ColorSync control panel.
