Azure RMS versus AD RMS

In Chapter 14, Active Directory Rights Management Services, we learned about AD RMS, so, you may already be thinking about why we can't use AD RMS for data protection as it does almost the same thing. However, there are some significant differences between these two services:

• By default, it can work with any device and in any network: Azure RMS is a cloud-based service. It also a managed service. It doesn't need any additional configuration changes to get it working with mobile devices.
