Setting up a new child domain

In a domain tree, domains maintain a contiguous namespace. The domains in a domain tree have a parent domain, and all other domains under it are called child domains. Just like children use their parents' surname, child domains also use the name of their parent domain. For example, if the parent domain is rebeladmin.com, the child domain could be europe.rebeladmin.com or asia.rebeladmin.com. Child domains help organizations structure their resources and provide flexible IT management.
