So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Review Documents to Be Collected
As part of the due diligence process, the assessment team will request and review a number of operations documents from the business. The following list includes a common set of documents to be requested. This list should be expanded and contracted as required. All effort should be made to identify and review these documents prior to the on-site assessment in order to allow the on-site review to verify that the business complies with its own documentation.
