I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Employee motivation and management effectiveness have been the subjects of many books. A search of the Internet for motivational speakers will return thousands of listings. I am occasionally asked to conduct these types of sessions. Many things, including money, recognition, prestige, and numerous other forms of family and personal rewards are used to motivate employees. Surprisingly, money isn’t always at the top of the list. It’s also rarely at the bottom! These incentives are intended to reward employees for going above and beyond the minimum requirements of their job.
