It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
THE BUSINESS-EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP
As part of your Operations Due Diligence, you will need to request a list of all full-time, part-time, and contract employees currently employed by the business or employed by the business within the past three years. If you are short on time, then the personnel infrastructure is a good place to focus your efforts.
