Oracle VM Lifecycle Management

Lifecycle management pretty much explains itself. Oracle VM lifecycle management describes the change in state of the virtual machine from creation to destruction and every state in between. For example, the lifecycle of a virtual machine starts with the machine being built, then goes on to its being started, paused, restored, halted, and eventually deleted. This is the virtual machine lifecycle. Of course, you can transition between a number of states, and this chapter describes those states.
