Summary

This chapter covered the creation of server pools and how to modify and administer the server pools via three different methods. You have two choices for setting up the management of server pools and servers: the Oracle VM Manager and OEM Grid Control. The Oracle VM CLI is a subset of the VM Manager. For small to medium configurations, the VM Manager is usually the tool of choice. In large Enterprises, OEM Grid Control is often the tool of choice. Either tool will do the job. The CLI is great for scripting and environments where GUI access is not available.
