I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Attaching a Note to a Photo
If you need to add a caption to a photo, you could just backscreen an area or create some reverse type, but with this effect you
can create stronger visual interest for your caption, drawing the reader’s eye right where you want it to go.
STEP ONE: Open the photo you want
to use in the effect. Press Control-A to
select the entire photo, then go under
the Layer menu, under New, and choose
Layer via Cut (or press Shift-Control-J)
to cut the photo from the Background
layer and copy it onto its own separate
layer (Layer 1).
STEP TWO: Go under the Image menu
and choose Canvas Siz ...
