So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One of the first things that you'll want to do with your Windows XP system is to install—and customize—your own favorite applications. In all probability, you're already accustomed to doing this—whether under Windows 9x, NT, or 2000—and adding or removing programs under Windows XP is not drastically different from before.
