Outlook Express 6 (OE 6) is the default Windows XP email and newsgroup client. It's integrated with Internet Explorer 6 and looks almost identical to its previous version, Outlook Express 5, which was integrated with IE 5.x.
When you start OE 6 for the first time, you are prompted to create mail and newsgroup accounts, which will then be displayed in the OE 6 Folder view along the left side of the OE 6 interface.
To create a mail account, you need the following information:
Your name as you wish it to appear in outgoing messages
Your email address
