So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Managing the Start Menu
The first thing I did after I installed Windows XP was click Start. When I saw that the familiar landscape of the Start menu had changed—a discovery that always fills me with at least some apprehension—I set out to discover just what the redesign was all about and what it would take to adapt, and I have to say, within a few minutes I began to appreciate these changes and found that the new menu made maneuvering through the Windows environment easier, helped to reduce desktop clutter, and could be better customized than the classic Start menu in previous versions of Windows.
